Church School ClassesEvery Sunday, 10:40am to 11:30am Classes open to members and visitors alike. We have classes for every age group (including Topical Studies for high school age through adult). Find the class that's right for you and join in the learning, growing and getting to know one another that makes MUMC so special! Caring teachers and constantly changing curriculums ensure that each class time will be a blessing to all who attend. The Education Team would like to thank all who faithfully serve our Lord as teachers in our Sunday School program. Our church is grateful for their dedication. “Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser, Teach a righteous man, and he will increase his learning.” Proverbs 9:9

Children's ChurchWorship & Bible fun for the little ones! The kids start out in the sanctuary with the whole family, and after the children's message early in the service, they can go to Children's Church for worship and bible learning that is fun, active and just for kids! The children rejoin their parents as the worship service closes, so the whole family is together for the benediction. Toddler - 4th GradeSunday School Classes, every Sunday at 10:40am Our caring, committed Sunday School teachers maker sure each child knows he or she is a precious gift from the Lord!
Children's Moments A special, brief message just for the little ones, every Sunday during morning worship! The lessons taught during this time are often as encouraging to adults as to the children. (Photo at right)
Children's Church A special time of worship for the little ones! Bible-based skits, object lessons, puppets and games. Led by the junior youth, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month
Kids Club After-School Program For kindergarten through 6th grade students, during school year only.
God’s Little Sunbeams Choir For children through 5 years old. Directed by Ann Schwarting.
Children of God Choir For children 1st grade through 4th grade. Directed by Ann Schwarting.
5th - 8th GradeSunday School Classes, every Sunday at 10:40am Thanks to special teachers, our Sunday School classes are the best!
H20
What is the “H20” group that meets on Sunday evenings? It is the junior
youth group! We all need water and God is the one and true water who can
quench our thirst. Know a 5th-8th grader? Invite them to come drink the water!
Missions & Outreach Special mission projects throughout the year give students a chance to serve others in Christian love. Past projects include an annual participation in Operation Christmas Child.
High SchoolGIRLS OF GRACE High school girls meet on Wednesday evenings for a time of fitness and fellowship. We plan to walk (weather permitting) and talk, so bring your friends for some good “girl time”! Check the calendar for times, and special events & announcements.
HOOPS
High school guys are invited to some friendly basketball. The guys
also hang out together for other stuff, too - hockey games, pizza and other good
times.

Other Service Within the Church High school students also have the opportunity to serve in other areas of the church, such as ushering, serving meals, helping in the nursery and more. We encourage young people to be active members within the Body of Christ!
Vacation Bible SchoolSummer fun with the Son! Vacation Bible School in Mackinaw Illinois is a special event for children of all ages! MUMC teams up with our neighbor church, the Mackinaw Christian Church, to put together a program of learning, playing and growing in the Lord for children from Kindergarten age up to 6th grade. Each church serves as host for alternating years.
